Right of the start Carl was able to get me into a newer car then what I was even trying for. He made the process quick and easy. Communication with him was stress/headache free, and any issues I had was immediately taken care of. Would most definitely recommend Carl.

I had inquired about a 2016 Ford Taurus to Carl and got a response in a very timely matter. He was very professional when I arrived. He was very up front with each vehicle. From beginning to end the sales experience with Mr. Black was professional, understanding and patient. I drove him nuts to find my Son a car, he always handled me with care and concern. We had an issue caused by us 7-8 months later he was there to help. His professionalism was so on point he is now our plow guy and landscaping guy. He heard we were moving and he went out of his way to assist with that as well. You cannot be disappointed with this type of customer service. If you need a decent car, at a decent price for you or your child, Black Auto Sales is the place to go.
